Hanram Consultants are monitoring and evaluation specialists. The team provides support for building the capacity of program managers to monitor and prepare their programs for evaluation through training in program logic, the theory of change, program inplementation reviews, program performance reviews and impact evaluations. Hanram Consultants will also provide unbiased independant reviews and impact evaluations of existing programs.
